Local development agency – PINS, is a limited liability non profit company for research and development in economy, established in 1996.
PINS operates across the entire region of Gorski kotar following the objective of collecting, processing and supporting realisation of entrepreneurial ideas and programmes, enabling creation of new labour opportunities. Performing its activities PINS also helps reverse the regional depopulation.
Objective: foster entrepreneurial development in Gorski kotar in the spirit of sustainability and implementing it in the natural environment.
